Other Games - NCAA Basketball version

A lot of these conference tournament games may not mean a ton in the grand scheme, but you can't tell these kids that. This Kentucky-Tennessee game is good stuff. The higher seeds this year, like the top 10-11 teams are a cut above the rest of the field. If there aren't a ton of upsets (but watch there probably will be) we would have some great Sweet 16 and Elite 8 matchups.

Tennessee getting butts kicked by Auburn currently.

Probably means UT is out as a 1 seed. Auburn is probably going to get about a 5 and is starting to look like a team nobody is going to want to play.

St. Louis barely holds off St Bonaventure. IT would have been a travesty for St Bonaventure to get a bid. They are 18-16.

The conference tournament auto-bid thing should probably be reconsidered, but I'm sure it won't be.

A lot could be said to just give the auto-bid to the season champ.

But some might say the chaos and madness are the best part of the tournaments.

I love the madness. I don't think a 19-16 team should be in the NCAAT.

Well? I guess that?s the trade-off that?s made to get the chaos and madness.

For what it?s worth, whatever team a 19-16 team might steal a bid from probably wasn?t going to go very far anyway.

Shout out to my alma mater Liberty for getting the school's first ever tournament win.

And congrats to myself for having the guts to pick the upset in my bracket lol

Maryland still hanging around and has been the better team in the second half. But still they've blown a few opportunities to pull even closer or even overtake LSU.

Boy Maryland does a terrible job of boxing out on rebounds, though granted LSU is a good offensive rebounding team.

I’m pulling for LSU, if we beat Minnesota I’d much rather play them than Maryland, especially in DC

Agree. LSU though talented is showing some flaws that could work in our favor and I definitely don't want to deal with Maryland in DC (if we can get there).

And as I say that Maryland ties it up with a 3.

Is there a reason Maryland chose not to foul on that last play?
