also, I don't recall any players who didn't play then shined when they got their chance. Izzo has definitely underplayed a couple of his elite recruits like Davis and JJJ (at least that's the common wisdom among fans and us sports chat forum people, myself included). But both those guys were one-and-dones who never really got the floor time fans wanted them to get.

Holy cow Nevada beat SDSU on senior night 81-53. Tonight the lost of them 65-56 in semifinals of the mountain west. . That was just 6 days ago. It is almost the exact score SDSU beat the them by on February 20th at SDSU 65-57. I wonder at 21-12 if SDSU has a shot at a at large bid. Probably not.

SDSU has no shot at an at-large. If Utah STate wins then there's no big stealing coming from there since they were already thought to be in. I think Nevada's seed is falling fast though.

The one team I'm wondering about now is VCU. They've been thought to have been a lock all along, but looking at their resume, it isn't that impressive. I could see the A-10 still being a one big league.
