Pettigrew

It will be well spent in year 2 and beyond. No judging yet.

However when you (LKP) predict around 650 and 5 TDs, you have to find 248 and 1 disappointing.

I thought around 400, so he even came below my low expectations, and far below your rather optimistic ones.

That was his late prediction. It started with 800 Yards on 80 catches.

248, 14 first downs 1 TD some good blocking and opened things up for others. 11-5. Not disappointed at all. Year 2 is when the expectations truly start.

Bet he catches 50 balls this year. Stafford loves this guy for some reason.

Did Pettigrew even run routes last season?

What make us think he'll run them this season? Because Mayhew says so..? I'm not sure what Mayhew has to do with the offense or play calling in general.

Even worse is im not sure if lombardi knows anything about offense or play calling. #mayhewproblems

11-5 doesn't mean jack shit, sorry. It's a nice season. They didn't win anything. We going to be talking in 10 years about the magical 11-5 season? Meanwhile in GB, NE, New York, Seattle, Pittsburgh, they win playoff games and super bowls. We get excited about beating 10 teams with losing/.500 records and getting bounced in round 1.

Not excited, but it`s a start

I know Tony, but we are past the point of the entire building. They've had decades to win a playoff game. Look at other franchises. Teams that suck the past year can have a great year the following, and vice versa. The Lions just seem to be caught in the malaise of never maintaining anything.

It's just very, very frustrating.

come on...they've maintained a losing tradition for 55+ years (well, except for one playoff win 24 years ago)

The one playoff win Aikman didn't play by the way. He was hurt. I'm surprised you guys didn't know that.

We forgot to study the tape

I can already tell you guys don't watch the game tape. You just watch the game once in a drunken stupor and then complain about a GM that has stacked this team with talent.
