There were 6 drops, a couple throw aways, a hit as thrown, a couple tips. Stop putting words in my mouth.

The one thing I will say is Slay is coming along well. Overall he has been solid. Nice to see a Lions CB turn and locate the ball.

Not always the case.

Tips are fault, yes it can be a good play, but could also be a poor decision, or just flat out mistake by not seeing defender.
Throwaway could be poor decision. Some are good decisions.
Look at the preseason drop by Bush, could of been thrown better.

Every QB has these, once everyone is "adjusted", stafford still not elite.

PFF takes care of the rest. And Stafford is a good QB. Ranked 3rd best passer last year.

And against Carolina, I'll take 10 his fault in 48 throws every time.

He missed 10 throws. PFF notes the 11 he didn't get. No weapon support in 2013 or in Week 2. Still good enough to win.

And PFF still ranks him 8th overall.
