Fans vote Lashoff most impressive rookie thus far. Brunner is too old to be eligible so this is the right decision IMO as long as he isnt considered, otherwise wouldn't even be close.

Jakub Kindl takes center stage for Wings. He really has come on a lot over the past few games. Who knows how long this will last but the Wings could sure use it consistently. He still makes too many mistakes in his own zone, but he has alot of talent. If he could get a little more experience and confidence he could be a solid blue liner, or great trade bate.

Realistic look at Wings trade deadline options. Same as last year, not enough teams out of the running for the playoffs and several 8 seeds have won the cup. I dont think any team would want Franzen despite his cap number too injury prone. I do think Ian White could return something due to lack of available D-men.

Young kids are killing it. Statistical look at the wings players. I feel the same way about all of this kind of analysis most famous being sabermetrics in baseball, i understand that its very helpful i just hate math more than just about anything in the world and this gets way to into math for my enjoyment.

I'm on a month long road trip and missed last nights game. I read about it and seemed like our 3rd and 4th lines did some damage. And Kindl scores as soon as I put him in the doghouse. Might have to keep talking trash to change our fortunes, like.....Darren Helm needs to stop being a pansy, or Abby will never score 15 goals even while playing with Dats, or There's no way we will have 100% healthy roster this year. Just trying to help

I don't know what it is about Columbus, I'm not sure if its just bad luck we keep losing to them, or if it is one of those bad match up teams for us. Our defensemen always seem to make terrible mistakes against that team.

And yes that Michigan game was a debacle, the one time i root for Michigan they choke... thinking maybe i should root for them when they play MSU now. Go Green.

It will def decrease travel time and be easier on us fans, no more 10 30 start times. It will be interesting to see how this team changes, the east tends to be a much rougher conference as far as physical play. That has always been the Wings Achilles heel, they may have to change their style a little bit to counter the bigger more physical teams in the east.

Callahan the type of player you win with. I have seen this kid play a lot in GR and he is fun to watch. Physical, always in the middle of something, will fight occasionally, and has a decent scoring touch.
