Because that's what this board is..lol. Stafford does this and he's facing no rush and the defense played soft. Carolina went SOFT in the second half and Wilson tore them up. Now all of a sudden he had a good day...lol. It never ceases to amaze me with the bs on this board....

If this was the lions Tony would be talking how the defense got blown up and didn't even give the offense a chance. Talk about how there was no run game, say how no QB can be successful is that situation. Then go on a ridiculous stance that people are blaming only Stafford for the loss.

Today Wilson had a poor first half (quarter really) followed by a stellar second half. Absolutely that is very Stafford like. The difference is this was a down game for Wilson, where that is a common thread throughout Stafford's career. Wilson was comparable to Stafford today, not terrible, like I said, but a poor game for him.

It might have been early but Seattle's points were junk plays. Whether it was 31-0 with 5 minutes left or 31-0 in the second quarter. When the game mattered he got the crap beat out of him, the whole Seattle team did.

Dead wrong, dummy!!!! But nice try..lol. I always admit when Stafford does bad. That was actually a carbon copy of a Stafford game if you look at it. But in reverse. Staff will usually come out strong and then shit the bed in the se ond half. Believe it or not, but Stafford and Wilson are very similar QBs. Wilson obviously is a better runner, but they are eerily similar at times.
I'll admit it though, RW was put in a rough spot from the jump. Carolina was scoring at will because Seattle wasn't playing defense. Throw in that Wilson was playing like pure dogshit the 1st half and it was too late. Carolina for some dumb fucking reason went into "protect the lead mode" and it almost cost them. I'm not even blaming Wilson for the loss. It wasn't all on him. His D never gave him a chance. 50/50 split on the blame game for me. And i stand by what i think of the kid. He's a good QB that was put in the perfect situation. He's not God, he's not even close to being the best QB in the league either

And i never said that its impossible to be successful without a running game. I just think it helps the QB immensely. That's Football 101. Pick up a book and read up on it for fuck sakes. Its just a known fact that the Lions with Stafford have never really had a running game.
