Russell Wilson....lol

that's fine. I think we both agree that Stafford had a good year...my pointing out that Wilson's stats are a little better across the board isn't enough to get you to admit he had a better year...that's cool. I'm stubborn like that too! ;)

Hey, i think its close! Lol. Wilson is obviously better than him on the ground without question. At least you got that from me lol ;)

Wilson is the better QB statistically and has more playoff wins. Period.

Overrated. Period

I guess it depends where he is rated. Personally, I think he is in that "second tier" of QBs but towards the top.

Top tier

Rodgers
Brady
Brees
Ben

2nd tier

Wilson
Rivers
Newton
Romo
Luck
Stafford
Ryan
Dalton
Eli

Guess that's the end of the thread? When the guy says "Period.", end scene.

Winning a super bowl, getting to another one, 101 career passer rating, 106 tds/34 INT, almost 2,500 rushing yards. Totally overrated. LOL.

Totally agree, he's high on that 2nd tier. You forgot Peyton on that top tier though ;-)

Me personally, I can't put Rivers that high. He just doesn't seem to have that killer instinct at the end of close games that others behind him does. He super accurate, but can't get out of his own way at times. Just my opinion though. But I like your list

End of the thread? Not even close, gimp....

I have already said that he's a good QB. I never denied that, but he's not elite.

I thought you weren't reading my posts anyways? You filthy creeper you.....come here ya big softy and give me a hug. I knew you couldn't stay away. Warms my heart, kid ;)

Totally on board with this except i think you have Newton too high. We're on to something, brother!!! Lol

Brady #1 for me, but ya, a good list. I'd personally tweak it a bit

Lets be real Tony...If Stafford had the same success that Wilson has had you'd call him the "GOAT"?

2 NFC Championships
1 NFL Championship
106 passing TD's 36 ints
12 rushing TD's
Over 2,400 rushing yards
Never Missed an NFL game
65% completion percentage
2nd all time passer rating 101.8

And he's only just finished his 4th NFL Season. To be continued...

Now the MVP of the NFL is too high when he's in the "2nd tier" and has 6 players in front of him?

Bro, you're smok'n some laced trees!!!

I'm not going pick apart this list but do think you forgot Flacco?

IMO Wilson and Newton both deserve to be in the 1st tier. Both will be in the Hall of Fame with the other 4qbs you have in the 1st tier.

HOF? Isn't it a bit soon? Like about 10 seasons too soon. And Cam isn't even close.

Hey Stafford had an "elite" year too. Cam's MVP isn't a lock yet!

Isn't even close???

The guy will be named league MVP and just lead his team to a Super Bowl...You couldn't give me more than 3 QB's in NFL history that have accomplished that and aren't in the HOF.

Cam's a lot closer than you think!

Do the other years count? Where he was just average.

Sorry, not everybody can be elite and do elite things in their first 4 seasons like Rus has...With all do respect, Cam has always been above average and now he's a league MVP and NFC Champ!
