Get StartedYeah, kinda like Drew Brees who had one of the worst defenses in football, captain average in Mark Ingram, and no one who caught more than 1,000 yards.
I thought Joique Bell was a top 10 back for over half the year?
What about Ben being much better at avoiding the sack?
They had very similar situations. Staffords #2 was way better for most the season than Ben's.
Pressure you say, why not post the whole story:
NFL Average: 33.4%
Stafford: 31.8%
Ben:27.9%
So Stafford faced slightly more, they were both below the league average.
Performance: Best QB under pressure:
#1: Big Ben (18.1)
#10: Stafford (4.2)
NFL Average: (0.0)
So Stafford actually did ok compared to an average QB under pressure. But far worse compared to Ben.
Now here is where it gets interesting. QBs when not under pressure:
#4: Ben (17.0)
#31: Stafford (-8.0)
Ben still performs well, Stafford is easily one of the worst in the league when he is not under pressure.

everyone here knows that Ben is better than Stafford...well everyone who isn't a blind homer!
Ingram 4.3 YPC. Robinson 4.8 YPC and Thomas 4.9 YPC. Brees had a run game
Brees also threw 5 more ints than Stafford. Brees was not learning a new system.
Brees had Graham and Colston. Cooks is a first round pick too at an easier position than TE. Stills is a nice deep threat (over Fuller).
Brees plays in the shitty NFC South and they played the NFC East.
Stafford 2014 was more impressive than 2014 Brees.
You try and argue that Stafford was better than Brees and Ben last season. Go ahead. Call up some radio shows. Give Mike and Mike a call. You'll get laughed off the phone.
Brees had 93 more completions on 57 more attempts. His comp% (69.2 - 60.3) and YPA 7.51 - 7.06) are what made him more impressive than Stafford in 2014.
Brees was not learning a new system. Brees had plenty of weapons including a better deep threat with Stills. Brees played worse defenses in a shit division. Brees has better run support for better down and distance.
Stafford was clearly more impressive. Stafford 11 wins including beating Brees. Glover Quin makes Brees lose. Int city. Even with a fluke int because 4th TE Jordan Thompson can't hang onto the ball while Stafford drives us down the field.
NFC South had to deal with tough NFC North and AFC North. They are much better than their record and point differentials indicate. NFC South>NFC East
Carolina, Atlanta and Saints are tougher teams than thought and Atlanta and Saints offenses can be explosive.
Stafford can't get it done when he has time. He is a liability. One of the worst QBs when not facing pressure.
Regarding the NFC South on 6/17 you said this:
South>East. South is still garbage especially the defenses.
Stafford has weapon injuries, long down and distance (no run game) and a new system to deal with. Stafford is very good with protection too.
Stafford was ranked 31st with protection.
You Bronies are gonna eat your words this year. Staff is gonna light it up and yall will be no where to be to found posting on here. I was smart enough to get on the wagon ( I bashed LKP big time in the past) based on Staffs performance last year. Yall are relentless on LKP, almost to a fault. Here comes Super Bowl! Then what are you gonna say to the man?
