And if anybody has history is me.

Stafford with healthy solid weapons and 30+ turnovers. 41 TDs.

History is on my side.

no...Stafford has had one season like that but over the course of his entire career these would be his stats based on 650 attempts.

4500 yards, 28 TDs and 19 INTs. I gave him a bump in TDs

History means jack shit for 2014.

right...he could be better or he could be worse. But what he has actually done over the course of his NFL career is a better indicator of what is likely to happen vs. just hoping that he will do something different.

He's had one season with healthy weapons and good turnover support. He blew every other QB out of the water.

With these weapons and coaching, 40 TDs and 12 ints is the most probable.

I'm not just hoping. I know he got better weapons and coaching and has the capabillity of 40 TDs (proven) with the proper support.

He was productive without proper weapons and turnovers in 2012 and 2013.

He's a proven very good QB.

no, that is not probable...it is wishful thinking by you.

Here is the list of QBs that have had at least 40 TDs and 12 or less INTs in a season

2013 Manning
2011 Rodgers
2007 Brady
2004 Manning

That is it. Guess what...Stafford is not as good as Manning, Brady or Rodgers!

Stafford can be with these weapons. 2011 proves that. Huge year coming for Stafford is clearly the most probable.

Stats look nice on the surface, lets see how Stafford compares 2011-13, opponent adjusted (for some stats).

The stats indicate Stafford didn't have healthy weapons or turnover support. He has not declined. He's very good.

I just keep thinking about how he folds under pressure and those awful split stats from that link LKP provided some threads ago.

I also decided to look up DVOA for the offense around Stafford the past three seasons. This is probably slightly irrelevant to the conversation, but I wanted to post it anyway.

WR/TE/RB only accounts for plays involving passes to/rushes for the player
DYAR = Defense-adjusted Yards Above Replacement

Durham(2013), Pettigrew, Scheffler (2012) and LeShoure (2012) seemed to screw Stafford per those stats. Like I've been saying.

And Burleson/Young could be upgraded but Stafford did well with them.

Stafford was 64% to Calvin, Burleson,Pettigrew and Bell/Bush in 2013.

Ebron and Tate fix this. Separation for better completion %, less drops and more YAC and ability to throw farther down the field.

Big year for Stafford.

Ebron was a drop machine in college. Stafford's 90 MPH "touch" passes should fix that!!!

Ebron still had a good completion %. Separation will make for a lot of easy passes. And Ebrons YAC and downfield ability will make completions worth that much more.

16.5 YPC and over 8 yards of YAC. He's a damn nightmare for opponents.

his jr & sr year he had 102 catches and averaged about 15.7 YPC. He did only have 7 TDs in those two seasons which is kind of odd since he is such a nightmare matchup for opponents.

he had a bad qb that wasn't very accurate and had a tendancy of throwing high to his WRs....oh wait.
