That fucking game, and this fuckin season, have drained me. Too much talent for this to happen.

And it HAS to be on the coaching. There are only TWO things that have been consistent in Schwartzs' tenure.

1. Calvin is gonna get the ball. That's a good thing.

2. We are going to make boneheaded plays at the most inopportune time. I used to blame the players for these mistakes......and still do to a degree.....but the consistency in which they happen is too unbelievable for it to just be chance.

PI non call washed out by the Levy low hit. Though Levy was blocked into Flacco. But they call that ticky tack stuff all the time so the Lions still got away with it.

The Jonte Green facemask call was atrocious. I'd say Carey had PI. And Delmas defiitley hit the head.


You should be able to challenge two PIs/pesonal fouls a game. Probably won't ever happen though.


The Stafford pick caused the 53 yard Tucker FG. The other tipped pick, cost the Lions 3. Calvin drops cost the Lions 3 at least and on the 2 pointer. They allowed 3 long drives in the first half for FGs and the big Jones return and 27 yarder on 3rd and 15. Lions did enough to lose despite many other very good plays.


I'll take the 4 road losses(most teams go 4-4 on the road) but the loss to Cincy, Bucs, Ravens now at home. They were heartbreakers and last second ones at that.


Let's see if a new coaching staff can stop the penalties and turnovers while maintaining moving the ball well. Really up to Stafford. The coach can only do so much.

There needs to be more accountability with calls like that.

Absolutely. Jobs should be at stake. Make no calls like that reviewable would be the best fix. I would have been on the field after that call if I was at the game. Maybe then the call would've gotten some publicity, lol. What's the punishment for hitting a ref between the eyes with a beer bottle anyway?

Its not just coaching with Stafford....its the intangible in pocket stuff he does and his poor footwork. He rushes when he doesn't have to. And as pointed out by gruden several times yesterday....he completely misses wide open guys cause he doesn't see the whole field.

Durham shouldn't be on the field...completely useless. Burleson is our #2 and gets like 2 passes thrown to him per game. Staff locks onto calvin and calvin only catches like 50% of the passes thrown his way....usually do to inaccuracy but lately hes had the dropsies.

We really need to trade the high priced old rookie scale contracts for new guys......as much as I agree staff has been one of the better qbs weve ever had.....hes not work 94 mil. Suh isn't worth 21 mil. Calvin is worth his money....but not if we cant get anyone opposite him.

Mayhew has a lot of work to do to make this a consistent team. Right now were relying on a couple of over priced guys to deliver and when they don't no one is talented enough to step up. So in the end we get what were seeing.....a 50% chance we get a good game out of our team.

The only thing you guys are good at is ripping the hearts out of our chests over and over and over again. This shit has been going on longer than most of us have been alive and I have no clue what it's going to take to end this cycle of shit anymore

Hell if 4-1 in the Div an injured cutler and rodgers, isn't enough breaks to win the damn div for the first time in 20 fucking years, a QB that hails from the same damn street as bobby lanye can't break this cycle of shit then I fear nothing will! Stafford you have completely sucked these last 5 weeks and your dancing around back there like a little clown girl. We have all been trying to inform LKP that the Lions' players, coaches and franchise are totally fucked up but as a group we couldn't get through to him. Finally...the Lions themselves have broken LKP~!
