The Official Army vs ][V][ichigan Game Thread

Defense saved the game with the interception and then with the strip and fumble recovery. All respect to Army. They had an excellent game plan and nearly won. Just had an unfortunate bad break at the end.

That was a screwup also, but it wasn?t as in a critical situation. This screwup ended the game in a loss.

Army coach Malkin screwed up. He should?ve ran the ball to give his kicker the best advantage to tie and push to a third overtime.

i thought they?d run for sure. they could?ve picked up a couple yards, and kicked a more manageable FG. or we might?ve even blown the playcall, overplaying the pass, and they could?ve scampered for a 1st down

Well regardless... that still fucking SUCKED.

I?m now concerned that we might have sandbagged ourselves for another year with the Gattis hire, but we?ll see.

and Army took Oklahoma to OT last year, and they made the playoffs, so... who knows?

And Harbaugh strutting around like he just beat Alabama.

Do you expect him to respond as he would have if he had lost?

Anybody would be happy to have not lost that game, get a chance to regroup and improve going forward.

All game long the announcers were talking about how Army had taken OU to overtime last season, and OU went on to make the final four.

Who cares about Oklahoma. Michigan is not Oklahoma. 2 unimpressive wins.

Michigan is disappointing me over the years just like the Lions.

Any one expect Michigan to win the B1G and make the playoffs. Not seeing this happening based on what they have shown the last two games. Well, they have two weeks to work on ball security. Better get on it JH!

No. They haven't made the playoffs yet so no I don't expect this to be the year.

I don?t see it happening either. Got a bye week to figure it out, then a huge test.

that score was 28-24.

we could?ve won 28-21 if Patterson hit #4 open in the end zone in the second OT

So if that it happened, does that mean Michigan would have had a better season this year than Oklahoma had last year?
