Tigers 2022 Off Season for FA signings, trades, tender, nontender, Rule 5, to 2023

The Tigers have announced the following roster moves:
*RHP?s Luis Castillo, Bryan Garcia and Elvin Rodriguez, INF?s Luis Garcia and Jermaine Palacios and OF Victor Reyes cleared waivers and were outrighted to Triple A Toledo.

*RHP?s Beau Brieske, Kyle Funkhouser, Rony Garc?a, Matt Manning, Casey Mize and Spencer Turnbull, LHP?s Sean Guenther and Tarik Skubal, C Jake Rogers and OF Austin Meadows were reinstated from the 60-day injured list.

The Tigers have announced the following roster move:
*Claimed INF Andy Ib??ez off waivers from Texas.
A native of Havana, Cuba, playing for Toronjeros de Isla de la Juventud in the Cuban National Series until he deflected. First Cuban player on the Tigers since Leonys Mart?n, I believe.

Tigers outfielder Victor Reyes has elected free agency, according to a source. He rejected the outright assignment to Triple-A Toledo.

Reyes hit .264 with 49 walks and 287 strikeouts over 394 games in parts of five seasons. The Tigers acquired him in the 2017 Rule 5 draft.
