We definitely need better defensive (and offensive) corner outfielders.

and that is Dirks, a somewhat better corner oufielder than the usual suspects. not the way to make a shoestring catch....although it could have sailed low on him, and then the wild throw makes it a clown show play.

iirc Tigers used to beat up this kid laffey, when he was with the indians...

I couldn't be mad at Lamont on a bloop hit where he is sending AJ. AJ should pretty much always be sent from 2nd on pretty much any single.
