I'm not trying to be an asshole, but it seems that you always complain about that. My guess is sometimes, probably more often than not, that the pitches that are getting hit are mistakes and not intentionally "thrown down the middle".

Could have thrown him a outside and low pitch. Could have thrown a change up or curve. Could have pitched the previous players that got on base differently. Maybe if Greene hit 3 home runs today. There's a hundred different ways that this game could have gone. We lost because we got beat.

If Colt Keith can put up a -5 DRS/OAA at 3B in 2024..put him there immediately..We suffered through 3 seasons of Nicholas Castellanos at 3B..

Rafael Devers is a -6
Josh Jung is a -4

Nick Maton was a -8, so a -5 with Keith's bat would be perfectly acceptable.
