Tigers vs. indians Game Thread August 11

Why's everyone so doom and gloom?

We are winning, with Verlander on the mound, and they have 2 hits.

There's not another pitcher in baseball I'd rather have on the mound right now.

I agree with this, but I'm about 20 minutes behind on the game so maybe I'm wrong ;)

Not to dispute you KC, but radio and GameDay show that Cabrera got 3 straight low changeups, 88, 85, 87.

He must have really been fooled.

Guillen displays a lack of range to his left, but Maggs still able to get him.

I'm more worried about how well were hitting, then who is pitching.

Carmona with 2 innings that were far too easy.

The quality is usually hit and miss. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's shitty. You'll have to download Stream Torrent to view it.

I figured out that I can install Stream Torrent on my *nix OS, but have to do a crapload of dependency installs, adjustments, fine-tuning and compiling, so I'm not not gonna be doing it tonight.... ::)

That's like cutting off your nose to spite your face.

I've always wanted to go to Camden Yard. That should be a fun game

Verlander 5th inning,

chisenhall fastball outside, fouled back, again, changeup high, curve outside, line drive over Betemit's glove,

marson waits throw to first, again, lined past Carlos glove and Maggs has it and throws to second and he's forced out,

big out,

carrerra shows bunt slider low, strike call, throw to first, fastball inside, inside corner looked good ball, fastball strike call, swings and misses runner goes and Avila's throw is high safe,

friggin marson,

krapnis fouls it back, slider fouled back, Verlander steps off the rubber, krapnis calls time, curve is low, swings and misses a curve,

Verlander with 77 pitches and 7 strikeouts,

Tigers lead 4 - 3.
