Get StartedBert's keeping it togther. He's not sounding too homerish and he hasn't lost it yet.
50 foot pitch bounces over mauer and everything....
Dirks scores,
Tigers lead 7 - 0,
hope bert is bumbling, fumbling, and stumbling with his words,
he really isn't as bad as some announcers, years past he seems/sounds like a fan along with his insight as an ex-player, talking about the umps strike zone, or a close play at a base,
Yeah but, in fairness, KC, Bert is no Hawk "He gone" moronic imbicilic cretin who somehow keeps blabbering his pro Shite-town stuff. True, he is a bit of a homer, but he is where he long needed to be: In the HOF. But I kind of like the Twins crew; the other guy (forget his name) comes up with amusing stuff at times. Tribes crew is pretty good. KC is pretty bland & boring. Oak is ok. Texas? Also ok. NYY? An acquired taste I spoze.
oh I agree, he IS much better than hawk could ever aspire to be, manning meh, good and bad, their radio guy I listened to is good, house..something?
But royals, indians, couple other teams are Always going into the stands with one of their shannon hogan types woman or a guy, Tigers are doing it too much as well, just do a fricken split screen, but they don't, everyone has different views.....I think the yankees announcer are good, especially their ex-players doing color, where as many don't like them.
