i swear we have morons working at all levels of the organization. our pitchers cant throw strikes, our hitters cant take any pitches or not swing at balls, we have NO depth in the minors...ugh.

Correct, GMs usually make the first 5-10 picks than allow the assistant GM and area scouts to make picks.

speculation on Dirks to the DL and maybe Schlereth to the 60 day,
and 'maybe' Kelly dfa'ed,
again, just speculation right now.

I hate how literally all DD drafts in the first 3 rounds are power arms. They project well, but usually have injury issues and control issues, failing to produce at the big league level. The only benefit is other GMs covet them and we can use them in trades.

I agree. Last's year draft was productive though, drafted a lot of college kids that add depth immediately. The Tyler Gibson kid we drafted last year is supposed to be really good as well and was mashing in ST.
