Tigers vs. yankees Game Thread June 1

Something really looks to be happening after the game;
Matt Young was pulled from the Toledo game,
speculation on Dirks to the DL and maybe Schlereth to the 60 day,
and 'maybe' Kelly dfa'ed,
again, just speculation right now.

I'd be surprised if anything with Kelly, he's one of jimmy's fav. we'll find out tonight I guess.

I agree. Last's year draft was productive though, drafted a lot of college kids that add depth immediately. The Tyler Gibson kid we drafted last year is supposed to be really good as well and was mashing in ST.

Gibson was said to be having some pitch recognition problems WM,
Tyler Collins was red hot for awhile at Lakeland, cooled off some,
the two of them did seem to have more upside than some in previous drafts.

Come on, make fat boy work tonight. I like the patience at the plate so far.

Mark Anderson from Tigstown told me when we signed him that his upside is that of a poor mans Matt Holliday. Not bad.

If it is Young,
.260 BA, .430 OBP, .356 SL%, .786 OPS, 12 SB, 45 BB, 32 K in 146 AB W/Mudhens this year. 29 yrs old, 5'8", 175 lbs

Miggy not aggressive in his first AB, over aggressive in his second. CC schooling him tonight.

don't argue with that pos ump davidson, Miguel,
he's the prick that screams at everyone and got a game suspension from mlb.

and he still could be, just a game of adjustments, getting pitched differently, gibson needs to do same.
