Trade Rumors Castellanos to Cubs, Greene to Braves - signs with the Reds now Phillies

I like what we got for Greene but not so much for Nick.

Wentz and Demeritte will make the majors. Not sure Lange or Richan will ever see the the show and that's with a last place Tigers team.

I think we never were going to get much for Nick.

Demeritte, he is AAA, been around for a while in fact he needs to be put on the 25 man roster soon as he in his 7th season in the minors.

Are you nuts? We got two decent starting pitching prospects for him. That's an incredible haul vs getting nothing when he walked in two months. That might be the best trade return value of any trade I saw today.

I don't see 2 good prospects. But time will tell.

Richan has a long shot at the majors. Lange will never make it above AA. Lange has a WHIP this season at AA of 1.4. That is the same as Daniel Norris this season. I don't think he has a chance to get MLB hitters out and that's in a league where everyone strikes out 100+ times a season.
