Are any of those guys top 100 prospects? I think I saw Beer at 100 on one list. I remember Perez was top 50 when we got him and Rogers was considered the top catching prospect in the minors.

Richan has a long shot at the majors. Lange will never make it above AA. Lange has a WHIP this season at AA of 1.4. That is the same as Daniel Norris this season. I don't think he has a chance to get MLB hitters out and that's in a league where everyone strikes out 100+ times a season.

Lange will go to the bullpen. Richan has been very good so far so I'd say saying he's a "Longshot" isn't really fair. Hell all minor Leaguers are longshots

That was the point I was trying to make to Mitch saying how much more they got than we did in the JV deal. They really didn't

Compared to the Astros farm system they got higher prospects than we did. And 4 guys rather than 3. No one really knows what happens at this point.

I like what they got for Green and Nick. I'm glad they didn't trade Boyd. If he continues the same success that he has had all year, I think they can get a better return for him this off season than what they could get right now. Right now, there are only a few teams that would bid on him, and he's not a game changer. This off season, there could be 20 other teams interested in a "cheap" controllable #3 pitcher.

I’m happy with the return on these trades. Dare I say Avila did well? Looking forward to the next few years seeing some of these pitching prospects. Just need some bats now.
