Undrafted free agents

A few here have mentioned it in the past with the OC, Stafford gets a high % of reps, like 85% (someone can correct me if I'm I'm wrong) so I can't see Moore getting a chance to improve his game. I just think Detroit is the wrong place for him.

By using your theory we should never have a 3rd string QB. He is a developmental QB which is what the 3rd QB position should be. Right now we have no 3rd QB and even though he wont get much work this year I like the fact that we are bringing someone in to get his feet wet in the NFL and getting him used to our system.

Its all out of emergency, that's it. That's why Drew was not dressing for games, no way they wanted him playing. They rather use a game roster spot for someone else over a 3rd stringer. With Staff reps and then Hills, how much is Moore going to get? Not saying he won't learn but my original point was, Detroit is a bad place for him.

He could have went to Jacksonville, or a few other teams with suspect starting QB.

You don't really believe he's starting material, do you?

It might even be better to have your 3rd QB on the practice squad and save the roster spot for a more productive player
