What draft pick from this year will have the biggest impact?

every team has guys that play hurt every week. Other teams had games where more important players miss time. Most of the guys you are talking about are middle of the road players on most teams. Young, Ansah, Houston, Broyles, Burleson don't even start on SF or Seattle!

These are important players. Ansah and Houston start. Broyles/Burleson is slot for sure too for San Fran.

You look game by game for injuries. Detroit was the more hurt team in 7 of 9 of losses. 5 of 8 wins for GB they were the healtheir team. Detroit got screwed with injuries.

Broyles / Burelson don't see field over Crabtree / Boldin. Ansah doesn't start with those veteran teams. Houston might be a nickle on SF or Seattle.

I said slot for them. Slot plays a ton.

Ansah could be an OLB for them over Brooks or even 3-4 DE.

Houston would start based on his 2011/2012 performances.

SF rarely have 3 WR on the field at once.

Ansah would NOT take the spot of Brooks...one of the most under rated OLB in the NFL. No place for him to start in SF front 7.

Crabtree hurt and they don't have a good slot. With Burleson and Broyles they could play that more.

Ansah would beat out Brooks easily.

look at that...SF #1 WR out most of the year and they still make the NFC championship game!

Brooks > Ansah

They are not built to pass. They are built to run and play defense. Their strength didn't get hurt. Detroit's strengths at DE and WR got hurt. Big difference. It is why Detroit's injuries were so crucial.

Crabtree and Harvin don't matter because that is not how those teams are built.

And the Cardinals and Rams suck (4 easy wins). I don't care what Cards record was, they suck and they got lucky Bush got hurt and Akers can't kick. 49ers played AFC South and lost to Indy. 3 easy games. NFC South they beat Tampa and injury riddle Atlanta only. Detroit had fluke turnovers against Tampa giving them the upset.

San Fran did nothing impressive last year. They are more overrated than Seattle.

Detroit's strengths are at DE and WR??? They only had one starting caliber WR on the roster last year! Young is not a starting caliber DE. Ansah was a rookie.

You are right about one thing...those teams aren't built like the Lions. Those teams are built with very few weaknesses starting around the defense, running game and have great depth. They are built to win no matter the weather conditions or losses due to injury. The Lions built around a passing attack with an in-accurate QB who turns the ball over too much. Not a good plan!

If San Fran had DE/OLB and RB and Oline injuries, they would suck. Like I said their schedule was very soft too. Seattle and San Fran are extremely overrated. Detroit would be both of them 8 times out of 10 with both teams healthy.

Wasn't Willis out most of the year along with Smith?

haha

If the Lions played those two teams 10 times each they MIGHT win 8 games total. My guess is 6 or 7

Dline very healthy. Secondary very healthy. Lb relatively healthy. Oline very healthy. Retard ravens trade them boldin

I swear to God, sorry God, I get this urge just to delete his account..just end it already..geez :hmm:

I think elrod was right and he is lkp is reverse trolling. Nobody truly buys the shit he is spewing.

I do too. He has 8 auto responses on his clipboard with injuries. Keeps saying he's smarter than all of us, we are better people for being in his presence. It doesn't feel real to me.

I just read this entire thread, and I think I lost 5 IQ points in the process.

LKP is either the love child of Obama and Pollyanna (both blind optimists lol), a 12 year old, or a troll... not sure which. Some of you guys do tend to be overly negative based upon decades of futility, which I understand.

And in my own fit of blind optimism, I am going to say that long term Webster turns into an All Pro. Take that you eternal pessimists!!!
