    Broyles

I am pulling for Ryan Broyles ... really nice route runner, great team mate, hard worker. He could use a little more training on pass / run blocking. Watched him his entire OU career.

    New Info on Avril

This is why I have issues with Avril. A Intelligent person would sign a franchise offer of $10 MILLION dollars (guaranteeing his future). he feels he is worth more than he actually is. Let him sit, I don't care. Highly doubt we could trade him for anything above a 3rd round pick with the...

    Avril Has Little Leverage

Exactly! I've never thought Avril wasn't worth being on the team, just not for $10+ million a season.

    Round Two Dream Pick

I would like a CB or another OL IF they aren't a reach, I trust MM and Co. to do the right thing..

Dallas CB Jenkins on the trade block

We might be able to get a 4th and 5th for him ;)

    2012 Predictions

I was originally thinking 10-6 (lose both GB games) but then i thought SURELY the experience gained over the last year will help. Pick up some OL and CB help like others have stated, and 11-5 or even 12-4 (steal the Frisco and / or GB game on the road) might be possible. I'm excited and can't...

Lions look for RB in the draft

You're right that wouldn't be the greatest idea. But surely We can find someone better than Logan right?

    Cliff Avril

He hasn't signed the Franchise offer yet, and last I heard the two sides were a ways off. So I pose this question: What is the best / worst case scenario regarding Avril in YOUR opinion. For me i'd like a sign and trade to a team for a late 1st or early 2nd rounder (wishful thinking.) I like...

Lions look for RB in the draft

That is tough, I haven't seen much on James other than highlights, his size scares me a bit similar to Best, however he could return kicks and has good hands so there's that. He has had knee problems as well. I'd still go with Pead, however you have given me something to think about.

Lions look for RB in the draft

I Don't believe Martin will be available (as other have said), EVERY 3rd round RB needs improvement somewhere ( The small amount of games I've watched with Pead / Turbin suggest they BOTH could use practice in a few areas such as pass blocking or decision making )

Lions look for RB in the draft

Turbin or Pead, I like either (3rd round or later), An OL and CB / S for 1st two rounds please.

    Mayhew's BPA Strategy

Ink, thanks for the info. I was thinking about the 2nd round rated CB stretch when i asked that question. I'd like Glenn or Martin to play RG/ RT for a year or so then possibly slide over to replace Jeffy B. @ LT.hopefully Fox or Culbreath or SOMEBODY pans out better than Gosder.

    Mayhew's BPA Strategy

So I have a few questions regarding MM's BPA strategy. BPA is selected regardless of need / position correct? (If BPA happens to be an area of need great) Any chance MM trades up or down to acquire a few extra picks or a can't miss prospect this year? (ala Patrick Peterson last year) The...

    Gotta Feeling Mayhew..

If / when Avril signs the tag offer, Would a 2nd and 4th or 5th be out of line? Sure there is some team out there who overvalues what Avril can do.

    Brandon Marshall

2 3rd round picks for a great wide receiver ( although he does come with baggage) seems a bit low, figured a 2nd / 3rd or something slightly higher. here is to hoping they never solidify their O line.

    Colin Cowherd

I'm happy that the Lions are doing well...but i sincerely dislike that fella.
