Blandino: Crew missed holding call

But yesterday of all days we would have gotten a TD.

At least we have the Tigers to look forward to!

You are much more enjoyable to talk to on that board. You let the Lions and UM football get the better of you!

No disrespect meant.

You're a Packer fan?

the honest truth is that we were robbed of the opportunity to put the game away. we didn't lose the game because of it, but it certainly shifted momentum. as Mitch stated, any number of things COULD have happened had we retained possession, but we will never know what the outcome could have been because that's, unfortunately, not the way things unfolded. it sucks, and i hope that it gets looked at a little more by the NFL leaders, but it's over now and all we can do is play the "what if" game.

I can agree with that.

Your just a blind Packer fan... No disrespect Tom but your whole fan base is one
entitled piece of work... The Lions had a playoff game ripped from them yesterday.
Anyone who watches the last ten minutes of yesterdays game can see that....

Packer fan? Where on god's green earth did you come up with that?

I know we have a diehard packer fan who posts a lot... Not the guy with packer in is screen name....My mistake... I am a tad edgy today if you cant tell...LOL

That's good to know. Packer fans on this board should be forbidden..

Some Michigan sports fans are fans of professional sports teams other than the ones in Detroit, but I don't really think they post on the a
Lions board.

That's a 5 yard penalty right? LOL... Go watch the last 10 minutes of yesterdays game again and tell me what you saw.... It was a travesty..

No it's 15 yards.

We also ran into their punter and didn't get flagged for it. The refs were terrible overall, not just for one team.

I saw us get away with just as much as Dallas did. Granted it was a horrible call to pick up that flag, but people thinking the refs/NFL purposely rigged the game so the Cowboys would win are just blinded by their Honolulu Blue colored glasses.

watch the last cowboy TD drive and tell me other then the Lions flags how many they missed
on the cowboys and get back to me... It was a bunch..

Cowboys held us on the last td pass. It was a total screw job. It makes me sick that that ref crew will continue to work

Nfl needs to completely revamp refs but unfortunately not enough good ones out there

Maybe if they paid them more so refs can be refs. Not salesman or plumbers who are refs on the weekend.

They got a pretty hefty raise after the strike. I think they made something like 75K a year before the strike, and like 140K - 170K a year after.

Not 100% sure on that though.

Damn, I need to become a ref. 17 weeks a season, hell yeah.

I cant remember who it is...Maybe it was Tigermud...
Probably not.
Sorry again my bad...

Oh sure blame it on mud. Lol

I've thought it to but don't recall ever suggesting it publicaly, I gave him a FY the other day for his continued calling us of loser memetantly poeple but no don't think I ever said ypu're a packer fan aren't you!

Lions got jobbed no doubt about it, I refuse to get to upset though once you just admit it's controlled the anger just turns to resolve to expose it for what it is and let your actions be your protest..for example no more NFL memorabila for me, no cards no hats, shirts etc for as long as it's this bias and slanted in favor of whatever is best for whomever
