Stafford. Next question

I'm willing to bet a 3 month self-imposed Ban Luck has a better rating week 3-17 vs Stafford.

If Luck does - You don't post for 3 months.
If Stafford does - I don't post for 3 months.

It's a team thing and Lions have tougher schedule. Nope.

This board needs me to much even though I would win that bet anyway.

You take Matt Stafford over Andrew Luck for the rest of the year? Is that what you are saying? Without any changes of lineups or anything like that?

Andrew Luck is probably the 3rd or 4th best QB in the NFL. Stafford is on the outside of the 10 somewhere. He's better in every way as a starting QB in the NFL, other than maybe arm strength. Mobile, strong as a freaking tank, football smart, and he's a winner. If you could trade the two straight up and add Luck to the Lions, and you said no, you'd be fired as a GM today. I know you like Matty Ice and that's fine, but he can't hold Luck's jock.

Right now, without talking about past history, I'd go Brady, Rodgers, Luck. Brees and Manning (both of them) are on the last legs.

And I'd still take him over what we have here.

Just saying he is far from a top qb. His best statistical numbers year as a qb were similar to Staffords best year. He kills drives with horrible throws just as much as Stafford does. Just saying, he's nowhere near Manning, Rodgers, or Brady. And doesn't even deserve his name mentioned in the same paragraph as them.

This brings up an interesting hypothetical question from me, you get one choice...

Would you rather have Luck instead of Stafford?
Or the Colts place in the AFC South?

I think you need more games. 3 prior seasons, a rookie season-a solid season-a very good season. He's improved every year. I'll wait until the season ends..

Luck. He has a better beard.

Luck. Because eventually you have to play good teams, and I don't trust Stafford to put together even 2 straight games of consistent football.

Would the Colts be a playoff team in the NFC North, or the NFC period?

Depends on who he plays for. Nonetheless, he's played decent in 3 seasons, and more important has improved each year. As far as the NFC North, not as far as Rodgers is there. I think overall, the NFC is easier. So I believe they'd be a playoff team.
