I have no problem with taking any sort of Lineman (except DT) but ya a G is definitely not a sexy pick. I guess we can add Buf to the QB mix, just hope there is a guy everyone wants that we don't need (ya right) that we can move back a couple slots and get at least an extra 3rd. Would be nice to get that RB by just giving up draft position.

So now that the day is over...where would the Lions have finished if we had beat the Bears????

would have cost them at least 2 very precious spots in draft position. thank goodness the team and coaches prevailed in getting that top 5 pick though! i would have been more concerned if they actually had shown more passion on their final drive, but thankfully they came out without any fire or visible desire to drive down and score a potential game winning TD, or even FG for that matter. i thought maybe they would have pushed harder to get CJ his 2000 and Staff his 5000 also, but when we have guys so incredibly focused on that top 5 pick, it would have been near impossible for the Bears to have prevented them from accomplishing their goal.

i'm so geeked about FA and the Draft now! WOOHOOOOOO!!!!!
