The guy has never been great. Good at times but top 5 QB's aren't inconsistent as him. And what are you basing this on? It certainly isn't stats or winning games.. He's a homer pick.

He's been a top 6 QB for the last few yrs easy. I know it's hard for you to grasp but it's a reality. Is he this yr?? Hell no. He's like a 30th ranked QB as of late lol. Nothing homerish about it. I can admit when he's playing bad but his team isn't helping him whatsoever. He's going nowhere anyways. Build that defense around him. Stop ****ing around and help the man out. Every other team in the NFL does it. Time to do it for #9.

It is special. They're actual football players that are with this kid a lot during the season. They hang with him, go to dinner with him, go to battle with him every day and then war on gameday. You personally don't have to agree with the players but I take it very serious. I don't 100% agree that top #100 but i'll trust that list over guys that "talk football" on the media or a group of 60+ yr old men are walking around in diapers.

So last years vote was based on the one time they saw him 2014 or 2010? And these same players vote on average over the years better than Stafford, Luck and Flacco and all the other ones you have distaste for but somehow those don't matter. Matt probably got 50 #1's from his own teammates.
