Goodbye schwartz

For you Mitch,

Just heard on the presser that Mayhew and Lewand will do most of the work on the HC search, but the decision will be up to the Fords.

wtf is the point of a GM then?

Oh goodie. This just gets better and better.

And yet those years Rivers was still better than Stafford. Yeah us.

Rivers is more of an accurate type quarterback. I think from stafford we will see more of a big play type offense. Ball control and long drives don't fit what he brings. He brings a big play ability at literately any time type of style. So we need receivers who can play the entire field. Not just 15 yards and under.

I wish I could go out and choose my new boss. I choose Kate Upton.

He's like a Favre. Yeah he won a SB but outside that he was highly overrated.

According to Mayhew

Linehan and Lappano (TE coach) are gone, everyone else is still under contract (most until sometime in January?)

Yeah, that may be the case. But it's almost like lions fans have completely lost sight of the last 50 years. I'd take a favre over what I've witnessed since I've been a fan every minute, every second of the day.

Annnddd I just realized actually rivers numbers if they were better were only slightly. And I mean SLIGHTLY.

For his career he's been very good. Why is it when our QB sucks its the lack of weapons but when others do well they have all the weapons. Rivers is about ten times better than Matt "I make no one better Stafford"

offense still 6th in yards 13th in scoring. With no real second option looking downfield.

Still 13th in scoring with 34 turnovers(how many points did that take off the board) and Calvin missing 2 (both losses and lowest scoring outputs of the year) and limited in 2(Browns/Giants 1-1), Bush missing 2.5 other games (2 losses at Zona and at Philly) that Calvin didn't miss and Burleson (number 2 WR) missing 7. Number 3 WR missed almost 9 games and TE missed last 2 games (20 and 13 points).

30 points scored from defense and special teams. Better than 2 points from 2012. 22 turnovers forced other teams got aided more than us (20 teams forced more turnovers than Detroit). Detroit had alot of long fields. I would be interested if that had the longest fields out of all the top 15 scoring teams.

That's like your terrible opinion....man

So as long as he's better than the last guys he's fine.

With Stafford I think about it like this. It's like a fan of like...philadelphia bitching about desean jackson and complaining because he's not Calvin Johnson. So what if he's not tom brady? So what if he's not Peyton manning? He's still capable of being very good. And putting up very good numbers. It is not all on the quarterback. Be a real fan, not some espn watching opinion forming fan boy. Not every player we get will be Calvin Johnson of their position. It's as simple as this. Make a better team around him. And he can be successful. All these 4th quarter leads we give up. Maybe Stafford didn't preserve the victory. But the defense doesn't have to keep giving up the fucking lead either EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Rivers has been great this year. Only one more TD than Stafford had (32 compared to 31).

The great Rivers got the Chargers .1 more points per game. .1, not 1.

The dude is more like Tannehan or whatever the fk his name is. In fact I'd take Jackson over Stafford.

He's 3rd in passing yards, 6th in touchdowns. One of the best 3rd down converting teams in the league. He's better than most of the league. And that is with kris durham and other clowns on the team.
