WRONG!!! if you hold the lead in the 4th quarter, the offense did it's job. at that point it's up to the defense to STOP the other team, preserving the lead. a few dreadful and untimely turnovers were the cause of a few of those losses, yes (but not all 7), but ultimately the defense failed to do their job when the offense did theirs.

Offenses fault yesterday without Calvin and Pettigrew. Holding Vikings to 14 in the Metrodome is good enough despite the late TD(after a special teams blunder). The last drive letting the Vikings run the clock out sucked. The 3rd and goal QB designed run was beyond dumb. Cost them the game.

Stafford 66% and 1 TD and 0 ints. But ignore that.

simple question for simple minded people... what are the defensive players and coaches paid to do? that's right boys and girls, the defense is paid to keep the opposing team off the scoreboard. they didn't do that at the end of the game.
