Is Stafford a top 5 QB?

Lmao I love that if he doesn't get hurt with a quarter left, its a fact detroit wins. But even though rodgers missed the whole 2nd half, its a fact gb wouldn't win even if he played the whole game.

And calvin hasn't abused everyone. He's been quiet and the lions have lost some.

Stafford is 16th in passing yards per attempt. If he didn't throw it 530 times, his numbers would be similar to matt ryans.

stafford has no running game and detroit is 4th in the league in ppg...try again..it ain't just passing attempts..cuz we are scoring

Yu wanted games when Matt threw with not not much help from Calvin, we gave them to you -- geez man. You've been proved wrong.

Look what happened to Rodgers without Jennings yesterday. Does that mean that rodgers isnt good without his best weapon. This is just a dumb argument. Stafford has been awesome and will keep getting better.

no dude its ALL calvin....he is the reason we are scoring 28 points a game...alone..and our studly running game..and super offense..funny he uses matt ryans numbers...a guy who has two stud WR's best TE in nfl history..and a run game...yet he has a lower comp % than stafford and close to the same amount of int's

how about this...throw away passing attempts

how about td pass percentage and int percentage..

last year for rodgers...

5.9% of passes were td's

2.3% were int's

the year before

5.5%

and 1.3%

his first year starting full time

5.2%

2.4%

stafford this year...

5.8%

2.5%

so according to you..outside of this year...aaron rodgers has been not that good..

and with rodgers stats is what most have considered the deepest and best WR corp in the league...so calvin cannot be an excuse..unless your saying stafford has better weapons than green bay in a-rods first three years starting..because numbers are about the same dude..

Stafford is close to top 5 QB, in the middle of top 6 to 10, by next year should be talked up more by all the nfl people as a top 5. Little more experience is all that's needed, imo.
He has to have a top 5 arm right now.

Wow look what all happened while I showered lol. you named the gb and saints games. Packers give up yards to everyone, and how many yards did stafford have when the game was actually close vs the saints. You sound like wvu fans bragging about how geno threw for 450yrds vs lsu.

And I'm not hating. I've said multiple times I've liked stafford. I defended him while some of the dumb fucks on here made threads about how bad he was.

Stafford is one of my favorite qbs. I just don't think he's as good as his numbers, not yet. He tears up bad teams, then agaisnt avg/good teams he throws it a ton.

As for rodgers. How many drop passes were there. I think packers wr core is overrated to be honest. They're always dropping balls.

And mitch, if I was "hating" I wouldn't be talking about how great calvin is. I'm talking about how he's the most talented ever possibly. But yeah I'm hating. Lol dumbass

If Rapistberger had a "normal" year and Manning's neck wasn't toast I'd say no, but this year, I'd say he is... I'd probably put it as Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Stafford, Scam Newton right now.

Staff is still inconsistent in my eyes and not the super accurate passer it takes to be elite. You see those guys with pin point accuracy in tight windows more consistently. Staff does it here and there. He should get better though as the oline improves.

he will...like i said in another thread..look up brady/brees/peytons early career stats...staffords is extremely close if not better...same goes about his comp %

What games are you watching :) short passes at times, sure. But he's been big on down field passes which is really all that matters.

Sorry I hurt your feelings ain't easy BN wheezy.

I didn't even say this? Lol. And if he was going deep he wouldn't be 16th in yards per attempt lol.

Who's talking to you? Are you deformed in any way. Dropped on your head?

hes wildly inconsistent in deep passes too....what games are you watching? Did you not see his deep throw to Calvin yesterday that if he would have led him to the middle of the field it would have been a td....instead he floated it outside. Or the play where calvin was behind 2 defenders and he underthrew him by 15 yards lol. i was talking more about the intermediate passing game and throwing accurately before a break...hes not good at it. but since you brought up the deep passing....hes not elite at that either.

Brady Brees Rodgers Manning Manning Ben Riversare top tier qbs in the league....then i go to the second tier with romo and staff.

Hey take it easy. On the last one CJ was way out there. He's got an arm but man. He threw it where he had too. Plus with the rush, and on his back foot it was nice.

I'm pretty sure Harris or Seymour were in his ass on most if not all of those.
