Is Stafford a top 5 QB?

The post you were talking about was actually designed route double move. Stafford did put it accurately. The only problem was Routt was beaten so badly on the first move (towards the post) that the second move left him covered.
ok atleast youre arguing the accurace of the throws...which was my point. I still feel both throws were terribly inaccurate...so we can agree to disagree. Man vs man on CJ and hes that open you need to get him the ball...plain and simple.

Not to argue because you are a Lions fan but all qb miss at times. No ones perfect.

Do you have to lol after everything. Geez. Lol.

When you argue back about something it usually makes me laugh. I'm sorry[/quote:7ubancdj]

I don't have -3000 karma for nothing.

It takes a lot of work for you to make it like that, or get monster too.

Which it kind of just started you over. Looks like you're at -1 now.

I'm 90% sure the pass you were referring to was a post corner by the way Billick reacted (as on tv we didn't see the route develop), when the announcer remarked that he could have hit CJ down the middle of the field and Billick replied that he couldn't because the route was not finished...and seeing it run in previous games (CJ ran the same route with less depth on his TD versus the Bears on MNF).

His accuracy has improved (still has a way to go to be on Brady, Brees, Rogers, Manning level of course) and should continue to do so in the future. One major leap in accuracy which does not show up as much is in the timing of his throws to receivers, that has greatly improved likely to working a full year together. Now if only his receivers could catch the ball with their hands we'd be in good shape...I'm looking at you Pettigrew.

Because you do things like defend suh after stepping on a player and lied about it.

Defend him? I'm not going to crucify him.

I'm on board, Stafford is not a top 5 qb yet but he has taken some major steps. Last game you can only take away good things for his future.

I'm sure some of the same guys basking in the glow of yesterday's game were saying (or thinking) Stafford was not the answer a couple weeks ago.

You forgot to put "in the NFC".

Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Roethlisberger, Romo definitely and maybe Manning are all better.

You're always going to get those. Next week he struggles and its back to hating Staff.

True, unfortunately. No need for flip-flopping now, his body of work this year should hold up against week to week highs and lows.

Does everybody forget Brees throwing 22ints? Lol. Rivers has an off year and makes him a scrub I guess.

I always thought Rivers as top 3. Before this season I went Manning, Brady and Rivers. Yeah so i didn't put Rodgers and Brees top 3, lol. I do now at least until next year.

I couldn't have them both could I? I mean Manning and Brady? And I admit I'm a homer for Rivers.

Before this year I would have gone manning and rodgers/brady really close. But since the 18 game streak id have to put rodgers 1st. He can just physically do things with his legs that manning and brady can't. Packers oline has been a lot worse than stats show. And he's shown he can be a closer. Which he didn't in the 6-10 year. Almost all of their games were less than 10pt losses.

Well personally I put Mannung even higher if i could even though he didn't play this season. From 10 wins plus and playoffs after playoffs to crap without him makes believe he's the best.
