i was looking at the passing defense stats on ESPN for per game. Seattle and New Orleans have the best. any chance that if there is a coaching change that detroit brings in Seattle's Secondary coach to be the DC?

I think a great story would be Marty Schottenheimer coming out of retirement and leading the Lions to a Super Bowl victory. Redemption for Marty. I know it won't happen nor could it(I've resigned to the fact we will never win a Super Bowl) but it would be a great story.

What about Rob Chudzinski? I thought he did a good job his one year in Cleveland. The were way better than they should have been and he had Hoyer playing really well until the injury.

I'm with you Derry. I had a great time on the board this year. I enjoy the dynamic of optimists - pessimists and everyone in between. I think it may have been the one thing that kept me sane in this otherwise maddening season. Thanks to everyone who posts here.
