If stafford can't score with what he has now, we should find his replacement now. Unless a WR or TE is truly elite, I see no reason to draft one at 10. Ebron is not elite. Good, but not at that level. Meanwhile, plenty of other good defensive players will be available at 10 or lower. I wouldn't hate Ebron, i just think it'd be stupid to waste a chance to actually make the team better. The pick has to be DE/OLB or DB. That or an elite offensive player that significantly upgrades the group.

5 TEs already on the roster. At least 2 of them will be gone or on the PS. Draft Ebron and you have 4? Pettigrew, Fauria, Williams and Ebron? It's an awful idea. Let Fauria grow in this offense because he could be the future. Maybe even now...

Fine. Draft for need is always the best method according to most on here. They better do some serious homework because they have a lot of need.

I am just saying that's WHO THEY will draft. Not saying that's who I want. If he is there at 10, they will take him because he is a talent, some argue the best.

I don't know why there is an obsession with fauria the dude hasn't shown jack shit outside of being tall and being able to win a jump ball. Can he run routes? Is he quick, smart, able to get separation? Can he break tackles? And just because we have pettigrew is no reason not to take Ebron. If he is believed to be a Vernon Davis/jimmy graham style tight end then he's a major upgrade. That'd be like saying don't take Adrian Peterson we have joique bell. There is room for a two tight end offense. Obv grew would be he blocking te which would fit nicely.

I wasn't saying he was that good, I honestly have no idea. But if he is considered to be an elite talent by the front office then there is no harm in upgrading that position.

Interesting what we hear. I listen to NFL radio XM and they typically say he is in their class. Time will tell. I hear the Giants may draft him though.

I hear no one is elite outside of clowney, Watkins, robinson and mack. Which is why the 10 th pick sucks and we should trade down.

I agree with the first part, we don't even know if Furia can actually run routes.

As far as the other, Pettigrew as a blocking TE then it was a wasted resign. And he gets all this praise about being able to block he wasn't very good at it last season. A blocking TE who was an average blocker at best..score.

And what about the defense, why not fix the the part that was worst last season. As Monster says, if $tafford can't get it done with the current pieces on offense we need to draft a QB. They better go heavy D..

I'd would trade him in a second if anyone above us would want him. Heck, I would take a 2nd or 3rd for him. We have 2 over-paid players killing this team, Suh and Stafford.
