I would disagree. I have always said that he is in that 10-15 range. Some years he broke that top 10 and others he dropped out of the top 15.

He definitely has the arm to make all of the throws, but that's just a small part of being a good QB.

Seahawks are dominant on Wilsons rookie contract. Seahawks take a HUGE step backwards once they have to sign Wilson to a new deal and half their defense leaves for FA.

Its not rocket science....you commit that much money to a guy that underperforms often and you obviously cant spend that money on other positions to help your team. His contract is the difference between resigning Tate or not....look at our offense now cause Staffords arm talent cant carry an offense without a bunch of talent around him. And here we are back to the cyclical "need moar weapons" chants.

Blaming the OC is just a scapegoat. I dare you to call a wide open game where stafford has to sit in a pocket and wait for routes to develop down field...it would be an absolute shit show lol. Stafford simply doesnt complete tight throws down field unless hes tossing up 50/50 balls to Golladay. Theres no reason to pay someone that much to throw the ball within 3 yards of the LOS 90% of the game....its ridiculous. The fact he does it on 3rd and 7+ all game means 1) he doesnt give a shit or 2) hes being told to do it. Again...we dont need to pay someone 97mil if he being directed to throw the ball 2 yards on 3rd down and not even reach the sticks.

You're right. It isn't rocket science but it must be to you lol. Again, Stafford's contract does NOT hinder free agents coming here. They have the money. You can pay for more than just one player. What planet do you live on? Look at the Rams. Big deals for multiple players.

Again, QBs get paid. Stafford was up and he was getting paid. Prior to this yr he was proving to be a really good QB. Organizations will not let a QB walk if they think you're the one. Stafford proved to everyone that he was next man up to get paid. Bitching about it now is pointless. And of course he should shoulder some of the blame but his OC is the one drawing up plays, packages and schemes. Cooter is a joke and the jig is up!! Buhbye!!

Whitworth 9 million this year. Jumps to 15 million next year
Donald 8.9 million, jumps to 17 million next year
Cooks 5.4 million this year and jumps to 15 million next year
Woods not a huge deal but he is outplaying it at 5 years 34 million
Gurley 7 million this year then 9 then 17
Talib was a trade so only salary
Same with peters. Only 1.1 million for him. Goes to 9 on 5th year option next year then they got to pay him big big money
Havenstein 2 million going up to 8 million
Suh and Joyner and Fowler and saffold are free agents after this year

Rams better win it this year because that team is about to fall apart even with Goff on rookie deal. They will have to pay Goff hug every fucking money eventually too. 2009 cheap but then qb 5th year option. Then big money in 2021

Rams have been super healthy this year. Talib who is back and Krupp but that is the big long term ones

Not true . They were healthy early but not as of late . Best running back in the league has been banged up for weeks now.

Excuses excuses for the Lions. Gurley was banged up coming into the lions game three games ago.Who in fact we’re only down 16-13 to the Rams until Matt turned right into a sack and fumbled to give The Rams the a short field. Jbc and Matt have beem Garbage this year. The Lions only have 284 total points. 6th from the bottom. That is terrible offense. Who is to blame ? Jbc, Matt ? Both ?

Matt gets one or two more year and hopefully he won’t cry to much when Patrica runs Jbc out of town as he should. I am tired of hearing the same old crap for the Same old Lions. We have to stop It with the excuses with the players . All of them.

He was not 100 % for the lions game. Anyway injuries happen to all teams and it is a SOL way to say Injuries have cost this team games. The Lions organization ran off two hall of famers because of how inept they have been. Lions fans are good at using excuses .

I support Stafford but he should be sitting these next two meaningless games. Why play him ? Because iof a stupid streak ? Dumb. The defense has kept this team in games .
Detroit is 5th or 6th from the bottom in points scored and the we are averaging on 20 points a game. Over the last eight games it is right around 14 points a game. Oh nice move Quinn as Andrew Luck has turned hands of stone Ebron into a all pro! Wtf ! Stop defending Stafford and Jbc. Patrica better fire Jbc after the season ends or next season will be just like this season.

The comeback stat without context is a dumb one. Not playing well most game but you get into FG range at the end of the game and suddenly it's comeback.
