SI ranks all 32 starting QB's. Stafford ranked.......

Post some stats. Screenshot. What is Staffords PFF passer grade for 2014? If it is the site and all?

Stafford faced less pressure but is way worse at dealing with it. 3 years levels the playing field, gets rid of all possible luck factors. You are what you are in 3 years.

I posted the pressure and drop % and the run support stats numerous times.

Stafford did good with less. This was due to Oline, weapons and Bush injuries.

Year 2 Stafford with Calvin,Tate,Ebron and solid protection will have a monster season this year. Throw in a top 15 run game.

You say you posted this subjective stat, but I have no idea if it is true or not. Just have to go on your word, which has been proven to mean little to nothing around here.

What was his total PFF ranking for 2014? I know almost every game he had a negative ranking..what was his yearly ranking? Where did he finish as a QB?

Here's some other teams that had top running games in the NFL last season (going by yards per attempt):

Miami
San Fran
KC
Jacksonville
NY Jets
New Orleans

Am I dreaming, or were those teams pretty average-poor last year?

Just goes to show you that having a strong running games isn't nearly as important as it once was. This is a passing league. QBs are coddled.

the total grade doesn't matter because pressure, run support and drops can skew what he could actually accomplish with normal support. Stafford would shine with the proper support. He has in the past.

I don't care about comp % and ints. Those are team truly stats.

I give you the important stats from PFF. The ones that matter.

Defense still matters and protection and your weapons.

But we are talking about Stafford's numbers here and why they are low. The reasons they are low is not because of Stafford.

Ahh, so you keep talking about how important a running game is, I show you that there are some teams that were pretty bad and had really nice running games, and you backpedal. Whoops.

We are talking about two different things. Pay attention.

Stafford won 11 games. There are no excuses needed. All he had was himself, two weapons and a defense. He did a great job with no run support, protection and drop problems. Plus being in a new system is harder than knowing the system. That is a fact.

Stafford is a good QB. Not average, not slightly above average. Good. Can be top 5. The support is coming in 2015. healthy oline, LG/C/RB upgrades and Ebron development.

Will you ever see a "Good" QB in the top 5? Maybe every once in awhile. Good QBs are in the top 15, sometimes top 10. That's it.

And that's sad that the Lions are paying a "good" QB 17 million a year. That's elite money.

Their grades are on the player performance. If a QB is pressured through no fault of his own (ie: not because he held the ball to long and missed the open guy) that would not be counted against the QB. It is suppose to look on how well above or below an average QB he played. This was your favorite stat in prior years.

So what is his PFF grade for 2014. I know it's very low since individual games were below average. But mostly I know because you refuse to post.

PFF thinks stafford was below average last year. QB rating thinks he was below average. Analyst think he was average to below. Everyone besides you and Tony think he is average at best.

Yes it does count against the QB. It doesn't allow Stafford to shine or complete a pass. Everything is related in football. He would have more chances and have good passes if he had protection.

There are important stats you can find with PFF but some of the grades for QBs are not valid. Stafford was graded higher in 2013 than 2011 for instance there.

Stafford is a good QB. The game tape does not lie. It's obvious he wasn't supported properly but will be in 2015. Stafford will have a big 2015.

I had to switch to google chrome. I used to be able to post pictures, videos & GIF's but now I can't do it. What am I doing wrong?

I use Google Chrome. Pics, you find - copy and paste image. Though some you need to open open in another tab and then copy and paste. As far as video, I don't you can do that anymore here..I know I can't and I heard others aren't able to.

No he doesn't He puts up a lot of yards cause he throws a lot. He is one of the least efficient QBs in the league.

Over the past 3 years that have been 22 QBs that have thrown at least 1,000 passes. Here is Staffords efficiency rank:

Completion %: 20 out of 22
YPA: 18 out of 22
TD %: 22 out of 22
Int %: 13 out of 22
QB Rating: 22 out of 22

Composite rank: 22 out of 22. Which means he has been the least efficient out of all the QBs in the past 3 years that have thrown at least 1,000 passes. That is horrible.

EDIT: Before people complain, he has been sacked the 3rd least as far as sacks per attempt goes. Only Brees, Brady and Manning have ben sacked at a lower rate

He's attempted the 2nd most passes in the past 3 years, but only thrown the 13th most TDs and the 3rd most INTs. He does nothing well except throw the ball a bunch and rank up yards to impress the simpletons and fantasy fans.

He's had ONE player to throw to his whole career!!!! lol
