Stafford in Focus

Getting their ass handed to them?? IT WAS 7-0 IN THE FIRST QUARTER!!! WHAT AN ASS KICKING!!! AHHHHHH

The Lions lead the league in "true" wins, "fluke" turnovers, and "concentrated" injuries. Respect the genius. A whole new vocabulary has been created here, a language even.

Lol you don't toy in playoffs. Saints were getting their ass handed to them turning the ball over and then the lions secondary got hurt. Lions with health win that game easily

Dumb

Lions beat the saints. More injury and ref bullshit. Should have been 21-7. Bullshit allowed block in back on huge 4th. Delmas was not healed, Houston out in 2nd and spivey concussed and didn't know where he was. That lions team goes deep in playoffs with health. Big powerhouse

Dumb

Did you not read that three fourths of the starting secondary was hurt or playing hurt. Bree's got lucky. Huge break for him

Do you get punched daily for whinning? You should

Do you do drugs or just drink all day?

I think the Saints would have put up more if Delmas and Spievey were in the game, those guys couldn't cover the tree outside of my window.

They were in the game dummy. Playing hurt. Spievey had a concussion. He didn't no where he was half the time and didn't report it. Delmas wasn't fully healed.

And those guys, at 100 percent, would have shut down Drew Brees and that offense? Please tell me you don't believe that. Please... I beg you.

I watch Lions tape and give you the truth.

The truth is what actually happened. The Lions shoot themselves in the foot, get injured with no depth, turn the ball over too much and make dumb plays. The truth is they were 7-9 last year, 4-12 the year before and haven't won a playoff game in more than 20 years. The truth is they have one playoff win in over 50 years. I get that you love your Lions and like to pick out the positives. You look at game tape and see what you WANT to see.

Top 5 pass D when they were all healthy. Fact.

Louis Delmas (released), Spievey (gone), Houston (gone) entirely healthy would not even be a top 20 pass defense. I don't think the Lions have ever had a top 10 pass defense since I've been alive.

I hope it all clicks for you and you finally realize what is going on with the franchise. You are without a doubt the ONLY person that thinks the Lions got unlucky losing to the Saints and that the 10-6 team who didn't beat a team with a single winning record was a powerhouse.

And to be honest, I don't think you believe it either. Because if you were with your friends/family/at a party, and said "Man, that was UNLUCKY," you would have been thrown out of wherever you were watching the game. I'm starting to think you are doing this to rile us up. I'm bored this summer, so it gives me something to do. But I don't think you believe this stuff coming out of your mouth.

Denard Robinson (and I'm a huge Michigan fan) won the September Heisman yearly. I don't give a damn about how the team performed after 10 weeks. By the way, in the early going, they were going up against Josh Freeman, Donovan McNabb, and Alex Smith. Don't care if they were #1 after 10 weeks, it's about how you finish. Injuries are part of the game. It's sports.

New Orleans at home is a buzzsaw. They shredded San Fran, who at the END (when it matters), had an elite defense. New Orleans would have further embarrassed the Lions if they didn't start out slow.

If healthy, Lions win that game. Saints got lucky. The performance fell off due to massive concentrated secondary injuries.
