Stafford in Focus

Gb was the healthier team week 5. That meant everything. Falcons more injured. Romo choked. Gb lose every game they lost even fully healthy

You are so stupid! Rodgers out is like Manning out in Indy. They went to the playoffs prior to his injury then he misses the year and they get the #1 pick in the draft. That is what happens when you lose an elite QB. GB lost Rodgers for 7 games. In the 9 games they played he completed 66.6% of his passes, 17 TDs and 6 INTs with a passer rating of 104.9. Just think if the Lions had a QB that could do that!

False. Lions were concentrated injuries to weapons,DBS and Des. More costly. And Rodgers still lose to bears, giants, lions, eagles, steelers and eagles

concentrated injuries but to shitty players! Who cares if they lose shitty players like Nate and the shitty guys in the secondary? Most of the guys they lost wouldn't even start on elite teams!

They do with stafford. Rodgers can't beat giants, eagles in a shootout, lions or steelers. Bears game bears still win.

Calvin injury meant more on top of all other lions injuries.

Lions will destroy gb this year to prove it week 3

Ansah, jones,Calvin, burleson, broyles are good players.

And Houston, Bentley injuries turned a potential strength to a weakness

Ansah has potential but is not yet a good player. Young is garbage. Of course CJ is a stud. Burleson and Broyles are #3 WRs on a good team.

Edit...not Broyles...he might be a #4 IF some day if he doesn't fall apart every season.

All good and missed. Massive injuries. Not to mention bush and waddle for run game certain games. Add in a blizzard. Majorly screwed.

Lions dominate this year and you will be proven wrong. Open your eyes

The Lions might have missed them because that is all they had. No depth and minimal talent at many of the positions. The Lions couldn't overcome adversity like good teams do.

Concentrated injuries caused the lack of wr depth. Houston playing hurt was more of a problem. Waddle and Hilliard hurt led to fox run block. More concentrated issues. Bentley and slay hurt led to don carry at nickel and Gomes at safety. Bush was missed even with bell.

Taylor is more ready, greenwood and green did well. Too many injuries to overcome plus hot teams and bad ref calls. Some fluke turnovers too.

Lions will rise up in 2014 and make playoffs. Too much talent and depth now

Young and best mattered too. Caused us to use money on bush which ignored wr. Mayhew still completing rebound with Ansah, slay and warford. Bigger fish to fry then wr. But then Calvin, burleson and broyles got hurt so we got screwed.

And had to spend money on safety too and Houston. Proper calls but Houston got hurt so we got screwed there

And mayhew would been tarred and feathered if he took a wr early in 2013. We had to roll with burleson and broyles then they got hurt. Screwed every way

Contracts expired and guys got hurt. It required another mini rebuild from the 2011 powerhouse

I don't consider a 10-6 team who didn't beat anyone with a winning record and was promptly swatted away in the wild card game a powerhouse.

Lions beat the saints. More injury and ref bullshit. Should have been 21-7. Bullshit allowed block in back on huge 4th. Delmas was not healed, Houston out in 2nd and spivey concussed and didn't know where he was. That lions team goes deep in playoffs with health. Big powerhouse

Stick your fuckin neck out, pussy. Otherwise, shut the fuck up and get off this fuckin board.

You say you study film. Watch game tape.

Not could be, not potentially, not if healthy.....

Yes or no.....in 2014, Chris Greenwood will play like the top 40 corner you say he is?

Greenwood won't make it thru cuts, cuz he can't stay healthy

Yeah big powerhouse. Brees went for 466 yards and 3 TDs. Poor Lions, couldn't catch a break.

I didn't know losing 45-28 means the Lions won? Did I miss something?

Did you not read that three fourths of the starting secondary was hurt or playing hurt. Bree's got lucky. Huge break for him

Oh by the way, Brees went for 462 4 td/2 int the next week against SF, who was one of the best passing defenses in the NFL. Sorry bud, they toyed with the Lions. Saints started to realize that they needed to whip the Lions in the 4th quarter, and it was a joke from there. Saints could have won 72-28 if they started stronger.

That's exactly what happened...

Lol you don't toy in playoffs. Saints were getting their ass handed to them turning the ball over and then the lions secondary got hurt. Lions with health win that game easily

Who the hell in the Lions secondary would have stopped that buzz saw offense?

The Lions got embarrassed when the game mattered. They hung around for awhile, it was cute, and Brees got pissed off and lit up that joke of a secondary.
