Stafford

Fucking great. It's 3:30 am and after watching about 15 minutes of movie clips from Major League I have to watch it before bed. It's just too good. Thanks dubbs.

They are hot for different reasons you dumbasses.

8-4 finish, 7-3 and 3 in a row for Baltimore means something regardless what happened after. That day they played the Lions they were hot. It has nothing to do with prestige. Stop lying hughes.

And Tampa was playing the best ball they played all season. And got some flukey lucky turnovers and picked on an injured Houston for a TD. Lucky win for them.
Revenge this year.

The Lions are like the town slut...everyone gets lucky with them!

It's amazing how many teams have the "best game they played all year" against the Lions.

Doesn't that really say more about our team than it does about our opponents?

Good teams don't allow other teams to have their best game against them.

It's not about us. It's about their execution. We could play defense perfectly but still give up a miracle catch. Have the perfect throw but a defender makes an incredible play (Tuck pick) .Or give a miracle 61 yarder to lose a game.

Bal planned for that "miracle" and the expectation from his coach was he would make it. Hence they ran the ball to run clock. Its not a "miracle" when its carefully planned and executed. Its called them being better than us.

With a kicker who the coach knew could make it..

He basically ran the fkn clock down and played slow ball..

It's a miracle!!! Stafford had 10 INTs in those games and 2 pick 6's!

Caldwell's offense put up 6 FGs, pretty hard to beat. :lmao:

That was last year...now that he is the Lion's head coach he will be a miracle worker!

Caldwell has much better weapons in 2014 Detroit than 2013 Baltimore. And a much better QB.

So the Lions lost to Baltimore last year with a superior QB and better weapons?

Yes. Outplayed Baltimore even. They got a miracle FG and got a lucky non call on the PI from the refs to make 7 points only 3 for Detroit. The great Calvin dropped two big balls for first downs killing drives and a lucky tip ruined a good drive on the first int. Durham wasn't superior and his route on a weird play resulted in a second pick. Two nice TD drives by Stafford and the Lions including one that should have been a game winner.

You are describing a team that played like shit and got beat.

Calvin is clearly a good player two drops. Bad refs costing us 4 points. Lucky tip. And lucky FG by Tucker.

Lions outplayed Baltimore.

Who gives a fuck. If they're not getting wins who cares if they outplay someone..

Why is it always "luck"?

Does Tucker get no credit for being a solid kicker who made 7 50+ FGs last year, kicking a long game-winner in an indoor stadium? It's not like there was a gust of wind that helped him out.
