BTW, momentum changes on a dime in sports.
Game was much closer than the score. But it's over now. Bring on the shit opponents the next four weeks to dominate.

It's a fact we left those points out there. Maybe New England plays worse if Fauria catches that TD pass. Maybe they don't get the big kickoff return. There is 7 less points for the Pats too. Then a TD to Fuller and we could be up 17-6 not down 21-6. And the FG miss by Prater gave Pats a short field to get their field goal. Another 6 point swing.
Momentum is huge. Fauria and Fuller drops were huge in the first half. And the defense didn't back us up when New England had to go 93 yards up only 14-6. That was the backbreaker. LBs and Vaughn couldn't cover.

I would agree. The game was played on planet earth, which is much closer.
That score was in a different galaxy.
Holy shit dude, and I thought I was high on pain killers. What game did you watch? The game was closer than the score? That was an ugly game from start to finish, but only for one team.
We got beat like we stole something.
3 TD drops and a missed FG. Much closer.
Lions feature back averaged 2.5 yards per carry.
Their QB completed 39% of his passes.
Their top 2 WRs were targeted 21 times and caught 8
Their top rated defense allowed Brady to complete 71% of his passes for 350 yards
Their top rated defense allowed a RB that was released earlier in the week to average 6.5 yards per carry and 2 TDs
They were out scored 34-9
Your definition of "much closer" is quite different than mine!
3 dropped TDs and a missed field goal. Comp % wouldn't be as bad if not for the drops. Both the drops adding back completions and future plays not needed.
Brady did well but Lions could have won in the shootout, avoided the final 3 of the second half with a made FG, avoided the kickoff return for an easy 7 and avoided the need to throw a pick which set up Pats last TD (plus the Mosley penalty out of frustration)>
Much closer game. Lions moved the ball.
7 1/2 quarters of drives stalling. Youre right there is no guarantee but the offense has shown nothing to make us think they would score a td.

ok ok youre right...we can give the lions 24 points. We still lose and still played like shit lmao.
Not really. 3 off the board from pats from end of first half FG that wouldn't happen. That last TD drives never happens because the int attempt is not needed. Lions win the game.
Lions win 30-24

I'm rooting for the Lions with facts. This is not trolling. You negative nancies will be put in your place the next 5 weeks.
Yes because the patriots play exactly the same way regardless of what the score is. Come on now, every play changes the game, to say if this happened than this and that wouldn't happen is stupid.
