Tigers vs. a's Game 4 Thread Oct. 8

I'm neutral on him. He does dumb things, all managers do though, but gets blame for way too much stuff that has nothing to do with him.

Always blaming the manager/coach/etc is just a simple minded approach.

Yup. No one here watches 162 games of other managers. If you did you would think those guys are stupid too.

Okay Prince, get your buddy home, he needs to be able to jog though.

complaints about Leyland are lineups through the years, Kelly batting 2/3rd, + too much Kelly,
Sticking with playrs when they don't have it, raburn,

Leaving pitchers in too long when they don't have it, and mediocre at best Bullpen management.

Batters that stop hitting after a few games and revert back to old habits....Jackson, is on them and to a degree mcclendon.

Perfectly said. Agree 100%. Yes, the players are the ones playing the game, but JL makes some head scratching decisions.

Torri can you please stop swinging at pitches in the dirt...Tia

Princess can you please hit one out here..Tia

That 2-out single stretches Cabrera's streak to 28 consecutive postseason games reaching base safely,
breaking Chase Utley's mark.
