Tigers vs. indians Game Thread September 26

I could care less who we get in the playoffs, but man would it be great to see the Red Sux choke this away.

7 straight hits before santos k'd.

Don Kelly now hitting .320 (16x50) with 12 RBIs in 18 Sept. games (10 starts).

Of coarse playing the Red Sox would probably be better then the yanks, TB or the Angels..... Sox have no pitching anymore this month...

Agreed, but I like seeing them lose in the most painful ways possible.

With the way they are playing I wouldn't mind playing the sux instead of the rays. On the other hand, if the sox make it in they will be dangerous.

This is when I miss the old ESPN boards, used to love going to the other teams boards (esp NYY and Bosox) when they were losing, just to read this threads. The Indians and Rays boards were always pretty boring, though, win or lose, and the White Sox board was almost dead activity pretty much since the beginning of last season.

I don't miss all the trolls though.

Tigers lead this laugher 14 - 0.

tampa leads yankees 4 - 2 in the 7th?

orioles lead redflops 6 - 2 in the 7th.

Helping the Run differential for the season... Up to +72 as of right now...

Tigers scored a season-high eight runs on a season-high nine hits in the eighth inning.

Run support for Fister: 12 runs in May, 10 in June, 7 in July, while with seattle, 14 tonight.

Fister now with about 20 innings without a walk,

Doug Fister and Justin Verlander 14-0 with a 1.61 ERA in 16 starts since August 16.
