but you take away playing Pitts, KC and Baltimore, three of the worst teams in the history of Verlanders playing days, and his stats are FAR WORSE.

Peralta made an offline throw to first that pulled Prince off of the bag, but other than that the D hasn't been the issue. They've hit some balls hard off of JV. The bases clearing double was the damage.

Our defense is always awful.

But their hits are falling in.

Not even too many hard hit balls, they're just getting hit where the defenders ain't.
