2016 Draft- Who ya got?

I watched Eli march down the field for a game winning drive late in the 4th with his top 3 receiving options out. OBJ came back for 2 plays but still. Enough of the excuses. Elite qb's find a way to win and make players around them better

I watched that game as well. People on here comparing Matt to Eli, lol. Outside one bad year from ELI he's been a good QB. Even great. I still can't believe the guy held onto that ball. Must have strong hands.

It's sad and pathetic on a 0-5 team our 2nd round players can't add any value.

I still have no idea why Whitehead and Van Noy don't get more PT.

I don't have enough confidence in the coaching staff to believe that they aren't as talented as the shit we throw out there in Lewis and Tulloch.

Tulloch is garbage and should be cut. He is no better than the average NFL MLB.

What is Van Noy's role on this team? He was a health inactive yesterday

Even if he's still learning, you'd figure he'd at least get some playing time, especially with talent he must possess to have been a 2nd round pick. Maybe it's for the best, who knows...just don't want another wasted Mayhew pick.

Nkemdiche:

"Instead he talks about Zen and centering himself.
He talks about interstellar science and enlightened souls.
He brings up Pink Floyd, The Grateful Dead and traveling down 'The Golden Road.'"
"I have a different role on this team — a different DNA," Nkemdiche said. "I feel like this is the moment where I'm the one that needs to step up and make my energy felt.""

I have never heard anything attitude-wise about him. Walter Football's site looks like something that was designed when Netscape was the main browser.

So this guy gets stoned out of his mind then? There's our dude!! Lol

Next QB needs to be much better under pressure or much more mobile

That's what I'm ready for, mobile qb. Watching Staffords absolutely terrible athleticism for the last 7 years, has got my mind made up on this. I'm not talking a run first qb, just one with enough presence and athleticism to escape pressure consistently

Wish we could draft Treadwell, guy is smooth. If we could possibly trade CJ and pick for another early 1st rounder, Treadwell and Nkemdiche in the 1st would make my day.

Don't even care to be honest. Not right now anyway.

I'll really think about the 2016 draft when the 2015 season is over. Win or lose, I'm just enjoying football right now.

Thats the thing. ..games aren't even fun to watch. It's like we're watching an Ill prepared Thursday night game every week lol. Crushed vs ari. Offensive mess vs min. It's not even quality football. Caldwell should be gone....hes an awful coach. Fuck you tony dungy.

There is an entire NFL full of enjoyable games. Yeah, it sucks to be a Lions fan, but no season sucks when you're a football fan.

Plenty of good games to watch.

Just saying it's sad when there's a handful of games more fun to watch then your own team.

I'm 42, and been a Lions fan for 38 years of that. One time in all those years, the 1991 season, did I believe this team had a realistic shot at winning a championship.

Being a Lions fan, seasons like this come with the turf. There are more bad years than good.

The only thing that gives me any consolation is that one year, we will win the SuperBowl. If Tampa Bay did, we will. And when we do, the party won't stop for 8 months.

8 months? I'm 49, I'm going to party until I'm in heaven.

Yep, 8 months until the next season puts us back into reality.

But a SB, that can last us a lifetime. One reason I don't get as worked up over the Tigers because I've seen the Tigers win a world series.

Dump CJs $24M cap hit and grab Treadwell? Draft an LT high and move Rieff to RT? Do both by trading Stafford for another 1st? Hell it all should be on the table.

I don't see why it wouldn't be, fresh start for everybody, including those traded

Titans and Lions are the only teams with 1 win now. Ravens won today.
