Ansah injury

Romo was bad. Even with two long TD he still managed just over 200 yards with less than 50% completion rate.

I'm not sure who we still play that has a stout defense but that would be my worry, giving up a big play in a game where we might not be able to score. But I don't see many defensive teams in the NFL right now..

or how about we AVERAGE giving up 272.5 yards per game...is that a good stat for you. EVERYONE fucking torches this defense....do you need me to cut and paste EVERYONES passing statistics lol?

I'll be honest, 272.5 doesn't seem so bad. Even Staff has averaged more than that by himself the past 2 1/2 years. But I haven't looked at where that ranks, still 26th?

God thinks the lions pass defense sucks too.

Bah...

Just tell me what other QBs torched our D. And when you say torch, you better include TDs, yards and completion percentage, right?? Dalton destroyed us.....who else?

yes, im not lying lol....were 26th

24th in pass defense Tony, does that really require individual stats? Not good enough, and the dline isn't getting enough drive killing sacks.

2nd in 3rd down defense at 29%, only behind KC. Just because they're not killing drives with sacks doesn't mean they aren't killing drives all together.

Although from the sound of it, it's clearly our stellar secondary that's making this happen.

It probably equates to big yards on 1st and 2nd but when we get it to 3rd down, they go in beast mode.

That's probably true to some extent. I'll see if I can dig up some in-depth stats, they must be out there somewhere. Yards given up doesn't say much.

Points per game would probably be a better stat, in which they rank 18.

The D is good until they aren't. Meaning that we'll get stop after stop and then give up an 80 yard play.

There was only 1 gane so far where we held a team to under 20 points....cle had 17. Our defense isn't good.

In no where am I adhering to the notion this team plays well on defense. I have my own problems with that but how many teams keep other teams from scoring 20? Not many..

Sacks again eh?? lol. Hey, im just looking at the QBs we have faced and not all of them have torched us. Thats my argument...

I think they're both good arguments. We all know Romo sucked against us but sacks are essentially a drive killer. We need more. Whether that's the players or game plan (Gunther or Schwartz) I have no idea.

Theres individual players about to pass our team sack total lmao...its pathedic.
