Game 2: Titans @ Lions Thread

Lions have most impactful in defense. Stud de and all lbs but one. Huge

And refs screwing over the offense

Lions lost of ton of players and refs screwing them. More than other teams

Yeah, it's unfortunate we don't play Tenn. more often. Even with the great defense a couple years ago we didn't average 16. Not happening. Good chatting with ya..

Honestly, I give you guys credit for trying to talk rationally with that guy.

I have NO idea why you waste your time, but to each his own!!

Not trying to talk sense into him. As far as wasting my time, that's another story.

I see you are in mid season form!

Yes. Me telling you what happened with specific examples while you all give generic bulllshit, such as "every team" gets calls and "things even out

You didn't refute the ebron push off. 4 points
You didn't refute the low hit by Casey. Lions punted would be fd
You know Andre Johnson wasn't in area on intentional grounding. Titans got their first field goal instead on that drive

Lions earned that win

Lions earned a shit ton of penalties and andre johnson catching a ball with fucking tahir whitehead covering him. Stupid fucking team.

As bad as Whitehead has been, that coverage was excellent. Mariota had no business throwing that football. AJ made a great catch. 100% cursed

This is one I disagree with you. Whitehead was in the area, but he was face guarding instead of watching the QB. Have you ever seen that type of play from Luke Kuechly? If Whitehead was watching the ball, he might have been able to make a play on it and save the game.

Ill contest he had no business being anywhere near andre johnson. 4th down...for the game. ...bring no pressure and play a weak ass zone? Austin has proven to be a fool thru 2 weeks.

Kuechly??? The best LB in the game? That guy? Cmon man, Whitehead was sitting in Johnson's lap. I agree he needed to turn his head but that throw never should havecbeen made. It was an insane play that would probably happen 1 put 10 times. Only Detroit lol

This is a trend dude, Detroit loves making games harder than they should be. They outplay a lot of teams through 3 quarters, only to shit the bed and try to get Stafford to save the day. Imo, Stafford has the hardest qb job in the league.

I only bring up Kuechly because that play would never happen with him in coverage, facing the QB. Whitehead was in perfect position, but not even knowing the ball was in the air means he already lost that battle. DBs are always ridiculed for not turning their heads, but you're giving Whitehead a pass for the same thing (minus the PI call).

Kuechly face guards all the time. It wasnt just whithead with good coverage. Rafael bush was right there too..dont act like it was just lb vs wr. Lions had good coverage. It was incredible throw and catch

Not really a great throw, it was more ballsy than incredible. He wasn't under duress, had a very clean pocket, not on the move at all. It was a basic throw that probably would have been picked off in other games. It was a great catch on heavy traffic, but to not even recognize how terrible Whitehead was in coverage on that play is incredibly na?ve and so typically LKP.
