It was a good lb crew on paper, but we had no idea what Levy would look like with a full year off, or where his head was at as far as playing football goes. His statements about leaving the game earlier than later should've inspired the front office to start looking for an insurance policy, just in case he decided to step away from the game, or get somebody ready to replace him, and they didn't. We MIGHT not be sitting where we are at lb, had we addressed this during the draft or in FA. I wanted a lb early, and I wanted one in the middle rounds. I would not be opposed to trading a draft pick to get more lb depth here. This defense is just unacceptable

All got hurt. Glasgow and Killebrew good picks. Same with williams

Bynes is good depth, yes. I don't know what Levy is anymore. Van Noy hasn't proven shit, and Bostic started on a shitty Bears defense years ago. Williams is green. I don't know if we had good depth before the injuries, and I don't know if Levy is or can be who he once was. This lb crew and its depth are at best, questionable. We've got holes all over the back 7, accept it, or just sit there and look stupid trying to defend it.

It was great depth. 5 of top 6 lbs injured is not normal. We had good depth

Actually 16 would be T-7 now 35 points put's them at 31st. Any event they're currently 21-22. Which is about right.

yes...16 ppg would be top 3 every year. Unfortunately, last year they gave up 25 points a game, which was 23rd. So far this year....25 points a game.
