If we miss the playoffs

Turnovers have screwed this defense for the most part (40 points off 15 turnovers in the last 4 games). Big runs were stopped until the blizzard and really excellent for 2 months.

Big passing plays is it schematic or talent? Are the safeties dropping to cover TEs or underneath routes incorrectly or was that the play call. Were they coached to do that. Delmas and Tulloch should know their reads better than that as veterans in this system.

The Dline gets pressure but you can't get it every snap.


You take the explosive gun slinger that moves the ball a ton and scores points. Now you just try to limit the turnovers somehow. May never happen with Stafford or Bush. Is there a OC that can keep the ball moving like this and yet avoid the 14 picks and 14 fumbles? If Bush is healthy do we not have offensive goose eggs in the second half against Arizona and Philadelphia.

The throw to Ogletree(Cincy game) and Durham (to essentially win the Cowboy game) were amazing, deep down the sidelines and in stride. The game winner to Calvin against Chicago was a pretty great throw too.

I'm the only one who apparently watches the games. Drops are drops. Hate Stafford all you want, he's our QB for a long time.

Mccown is at 67% comp with 13 tds and 1 int. I would expect stafford to be better than mccown since he makes like 80 mil less, has a worse oline and doesn't have the best wr in the game on his team. But stafford can't go a game without pissing the ball away. Its getting so bad I feel like I'm watching jeff george or tony banks. Most of the drops are due to errant throws.

While I agree with all of this I think I would much rather have Jeffrey & Marshall over Calvin and Nate. Jeffrey and Marshall are great....not too far behind CJ IMO.

I do remember Staff had the highest QB rating in the 4th quarter not too many games ago.

If they fire Schwartz fine. If they don't fine. I really want to see Gunther fired and see if someone else could do a lot more with that D-Line. I don't really think Schwartz is that big of a problem. Every coach we've ever had has sucked so I'm not in a hurry to move on to the next one so we can all hate that guy and talk about how he sucks and needs to be fired.


Turnovers are absolutely killing this team in the last 6 games. It's amazing we won any of those games. That can't keep happening. And the fumbles are out of control.

I don't believe Gunthers D is all Gunther. I think Gym Shorts has his defensive plan and partly adds it to Gunthers. No way Gunther just decides what to do all game.

Gunthers lack of adjustments in the Eagles game was grounds for firing right there.. The second half was an embarrassment.. The D-Lines split were again to wide in the second half and after getting torched time and time again what did the coaches do to try and motivate or stop what was happening. Do anything...

Stafford is our franchise QB but he cost us the Tampa bay game way before Calvin's stripped fumble.. The INT pick six was on him.. Jim even confirmed that.. Earlier in the game hi missed a wide open guy right down the middle on a bomb that would have been a TD if he had hit him in stride... He Missed a wide open Bush on a 5=10 yard pass in Pittsburgh that probably goes for a TD... He has to play better... How many times did he drop the ball in Philadelphia? Plus whatever the snap over the head was it is your QB's responsibility to be ready... Matt has to play better....The team is poorly owned, Run and coached but we all know it has been that way for sometime now...

you rarely see it to a guy streaking down field in this offense. Which is piss poor considering there is usually someone bracketing CJ on one side. Our o cord sucks so bad he cant even attack the side opposite CJ with 1 v 1 coverage and Bush underneath. Linehan has no excuses this year....his offense has been horrific.
