Lions's chances this season

if detroit does have similar success in the draft then i say 10-6

Who gives a fk. They could win 15 games but if they don't get playoff wins it won't mean shit.

Or got taken to school.

Well it's a fact it was the toe injury and he left the game. He even said it was bothering him before the play. But hate on Houston all you want. It makes you look dumb.

That's why he gained on the guy that beat him because he was hurt..:ugh:

Reminds me of Rodney Peete who seemed to only get hurt after he played shitty.

Lol houston injured again....we should make this a drinking game

he never mentions the fact Houston had the 10th worst QB rating. Opposing QB's are excited when he is on the field. I hope his big toe keeps him off the field. He is bad. Never seen the upside.

You must have missed 2010-2012 when he was healthy. Plenty of upside and good play. He had a bad QB rating against in 2013 due to a hamstring and then the toe injury. Gilbert isn't beating him out. Gilbert's best shot would be to beat out Slay and Mathis.

it makes you look dumb when you keep making excuses for him and keep having to refer back to 2011 for everything. When in reality he has sucked for years. People get over ACL tears faster than his poor little toe has healed lmao. He doesn't want to be here for mandatory camp...gives his spot to someone that does want to be here.

I'm not going back to just 2011. 2012 he was good too. Solid in 2010. He has one bad year. An injured year in 2013. Overall Houston has been an asset for Detroit.

average player at best. if he was as good as you say, he would have been offered as such. no one was willing to over pay him like the Lions did. horrible play-off game as well. guess he had bad luck.

13 career interceptions means he does not play the ball but more the man. can't play the run. stop and go route make him look stupid all the time. good athlete but horrible technician

I love it... Every time I call him out on stats with backup he is silent. He will respond to this because he wants you to think he is not the tool he really is. He has no REAL football knowledge. He is the quintessential google num nut trying to make up for lack of knowledge when you take the eyes off the ball. Any time I call him out, it's days for a response. He can't even debate a good athlete in Houston to a sucky technician. He can not respond because he does not understand the game. He banks everything on luck and feelings rather than proof and logic. He needs to get banned from this site.

Lol did you ever think I was busy and just saw thus now. Houston is a great technician that can reroute flip his hips and has speed and has a ton of speed to stay with Wr. The numbers back that upin 2011 and 2012. Low quarterback rating and comp percentage and plenty of pds. He is not a gambler and struggled with Atlanta. It is a Damn fact he was good with Detroit 3 of 4 years and last year he had two injuries that hurt his play. I know more about technique game tape and stats than you ever will.

Caldwell: Houston may not regain form
Lions coach Jim Caldwell admits he's uncertain if LCB Chris Houston can regain his pre-2013 form.
"Time will tell," Caldwell said. Going on 30, Houston's 2013 was marred by injury and inconsistency. He missed this week's voluntary workouts as he continued to recover from the toe ailment that sidelined him in December. Houston remains penciled into the Lions' starting lineup, but last season was ominous. Age is rarely kind to cornerbacks. Apr 24 - 2:37 PM

Greenwood infected belly button ring. ...now Houston's toe nail. Bad luck or this secondary could really be special. /sarcasm off....nice job mayhew.
