Next Lions Coach

Schwartz is meeting with Lion's management right now, expect an announcement this afternoon. If they keep him I am through with the team for ever, they could go 16-0 next year with Schwartz as HC and I won't watch a down.

I think he needs to go, but have to admit that I'd enjoy the hell out of watching everyone lose their damn minds if it's announced that he's staying.

Johnny I have a feeling he is staying. And I dont like it at all. And as much as I would like to say I wont watch I know I will.

I won't lose my mind. I will just quietly leave stage left..

That will be funny as I start calling the Lions front office threatening to cancel my fake
season tickets I have..

Lol martz says that detroit is most desirable coaching destination. I wouldn't disagree; the talent is here, just need the discipline

So we have openings in WSH, MIN, CLE and HOU. OAK, TEN, DET, TB could still see changesgo get Not everything will happen today

Per jason la confora

So is he fired or not?

Personally I think Cle is the more attractive job. Great defense, good offensive weapons, and a chance to go get "your guy" at qb if youre not a stafford fan. Not handicapped by 3 huge contracts either. In a division with a regressing bal, rapelisburger on his last legs, and cin.

I agree. We're in cap hell. They have some nice players and draft picks too work with.

I think they're pretty close. But what are you considering to be "good offensive weapon?" Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron, and Joe Thomas are the only solid guys on offense I can think of.

3 big contracts like we have is never a good situation.

15 million cap number Stafford, 13 million cap number for Calvin and Suh's number will be changed (lowered) with an extesnion. Not as bad as you think.

Burleson going to be cut or pay. 4 million or 5 million more.

And they'll re-work Delmas or maybe just get rid of him.

Tulloch, Quin, Houston and Bush all have restructure potential too.

Lions cap is under control.

Anything they have is better than ogletree and Crapham.
