Stupid Tigers Trade Porcello for Cespedes + trade Suarez for Simple Simon from reds

‏@Jeffpez If Alfredo Simons nickname is really "big pasta" he's my new favorite player.

Crap he still has a legal issue to resolve..

This is perfect, Big Pasta loves his Pasta, Guns, and women...

Holy cow... Give a kid a lot of dough and see what happens..

Simon has had his share of off-field issues. He was charged and ultimately acquitted of manslaughter in 2011. He was accused of accidentally killing a friend when he fired a gunshot into the air on New Year's Eve and the bullet came down and hit the friend.

It was later determined that someone other than Simon fired the gun.

A civil suit is still pending on a charge of sexual assault stemming from an incident in Washington, D.C., in 2013.

Is he still you're favorite player?

I don't understand why someone would say others are whining because they don't like a trade or the other "wait and see what happens .."

If you don't want to hear it move along to another part of the site.

All I know is if anyone shoots a gun off in the air, and I am around.....
I am ducking and running for cover..

What a bad unlucky way to go... Shooting bullets in the air yapping with each other and
turning over to look a Julio (guessing) and see him laying dead... man that would suck...

Gotta..that would suck.

Cespedes for Porcello - I like it. Cespedes with a down year, but he has all the tools. Nice upgrade over Torii too. Porcello was coined to make a boatload of cash next year as well. You guys would be comfortable with him making 90-100 MIL next year as a #4? Give your head a shake.

And the Simon trade was basically Simon for a prospect in Crawford. None of you dopes even knew about Suarez until last year and he never even would have seen the park if it wasn't for Iglesias' injury. So chill the fk out.
That being said, I thought Crawford was a nice prospect, but Simon could either fill in at the back of the rotation or be a force in the pen. I'm giving it the wait and see approach

Im giving it a we didn't win shit with porcello and suarez so im fine with trying something different approach.

Same feeling I had when the dumped fielder for kinsler....fielder didn't do shit for years....had no idea why people were so pissy when we let his fat ass go.

Ricky hasn't done shit for years. His best year was last year when he still only won half his starts and we didn't even use him in the postseason....that's his BEST year. im fine with using him to fill a dire OF need with one of the only options on the market.
